Full-time availability is required, with preference given to those with experience in high-end restaurants.
Michellin-starred Oiji Hospitality is seeking a pastry line cook willing to work in both service and production for Oiji Mi and bōm, a chef's counter tasting menu.
Our ideal candidate must have a positive attitude, willingness to learn and grow within a Michelin-starred restaurant, and assist the Executive Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef in recipe testing, pastry plating, chocolate work, and dough making.
Must have full-time availability and 1-2 years of hospitality experience in Michelin-rated or NYT-starred restaurants is preferred.
