  1. Work independently in various kitchen positions, including pantry and banquet roles, as needed to meet business demands. Assist team members with mentorship, training, daily prep, and technique guidance.
  2. Assist the chef with specialty dinners and functions with minimal supervision.
  3. Develop daily features and special menus under the guidance and approval of the chef, aligning with the cuisine theme.
  4. Manage food requisitions and ordering needs in coordination with the chef for budget considerations.
  5. Lead and manage service in the absence of the chef.
