• Typical schedule: Sunday through Thursday, day shift
• No late nights

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare pastries, baked goods, and desserts under the guidance of the Pastry Chef for various departments, residents, specials, and events.
• Follow standard recipes and dietary requirements.
• Organize pastry production cost-effectively, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation.
• Follow personal hygiene and dress code standards.
• Operate and maintain kitchen tools and equipment properly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a pastry cook in a similar setting.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment and measurements.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
