Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate Pastry Cook to join our team, providing high-quality pastries for our restaurants. This full-time hourly position offers morning and evening shifts, with benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain a safe, sanitary, and secure environment, ensuring compliance with health standards and equipment maintenance.
  2. Coordinate with other departments to support events and ensure quality service.
  3. Ensure consistency in product appearance, taste, and portioning.
  4. Properly store and manage food, inventory, and equipment, minimizing waste.
  5. Prepare menu items according to recipes and brand standards.
  6. Assist in menu development and record-keeping to improve revenue and quality.
  7. Keep kitchen and storerooms in proper condition and cleanliness.
Qualifications

Education: 2-4 year college degree or equivalent experience

Experience: Minimum 6 months in pastry, hotel experience preferred

Skills: Knowledge of industrial ovens, pastry techniques, knife skills, safety, sanitation, and food handling. Ability to lift over 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively.
