Qualifications

• 1–2 years of kitchen operations experience.
• Valid Food Manager Certification.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Passion for community engagement and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand by delivering memorable in-store pastry experiences.
• Drive class enrollment and sales of bakeware and decorating tools.
• Lead hands-on pastry classes and share specialized pastry techniques.
• Assist with class setup and breakdown, mise en place, and sanitation.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and wage/hour policies.
