Responsibilities

• Represent Sur La Table’s brand by creating memorable, educational pastry experiences.
• Lead pastry classes and ensure alignment with recipes and standards.
• Explain advanced pastry techniques in a clear, encouraging manner.
• Assist with class setup, mise en place, ingredients, and cleanup.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and inventory during classes.
