Ponte Vedra Inn & Club in Northeast Florida seeks a talented Pastry Cook to join our award-winning kitchen team. You will contribute to breads and desserts for lunch and dinner, maintain high sanitation and portion control, and support the pastry chef in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery and pastry production.
• Knowledge of MSDS and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion control.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and proper labeling.

Responsibilities

• Arrive to work on time consistently.
• Uniform and grooming standards followed.
• Attend required training and safety courses.
• Maintain safe work environment and report hazards.
• Prepare breads and pastries for meals.
• Store and label all products properly.
• Rotate breads and desserts and inform supervisor of spoilage.
• Check out with Chef before leaving.
• Assist in efficient and high-quality kitchen operations.
