The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of customer service experience, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
• Ability to lift and handle baggage up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Make reservations, issue tickets, and compute fares for passengers.
• Handle baggage check-in, excess baggage charges, and general travel information.
• Assist passengers at boarding gates, check ticket validity, and process boarding procedures.
• Manage arrangements for reservations, standby travelers, and their luggage.
• Determine flight close-out times and complete flight documentation for accuracy.
• Process post-departure procedures and final reports.
• Conduct lost and found activities and forward larger claims as needed.
• Receive and process airfreight shipments and prepare documentation.
