Worldwide Flight Services is seeking a Ramp Service Agent to support ramp operations at our Las Vegas locations. You will marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage and cargo, and operate ground support equipment ensuring safe and timely handling of shipments.

Keys to success include safety awareness, strong communication, and the ability to work varied shifts. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and fluency in English; prior aviation experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to lift and handle baggage/cargo up to 50 lbs (occasionally 75 lbs).
• Fluency in reading/writing/speaking English required.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Basic computer literacy for paperwork and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Marshall aircraft on arrival/departure.
• Load and unload baggage/cargo from aircraft.
• Operate ground support equipment (belts, tugs) safely and efficiently.
• Perform ground service tasks like connecting power and water servicing.
• Assist with aircraft pushback, wing walking, and guiding personnel.
• Maintain a secure and safe work environment.
