This role supports timely and accurate patient registration, scheduling, pre-registration, insurance verification, financial clearance, and point-of-service collection activities in a fast-paced hospital environment. This includes both straightforward and complex scenarios. The Representative II is expected to quickly develop proficiency in front-end revenue cycle workflows while delivering a professional, compassionate, and service-oriented first impression for patients and families.
