We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Part-Time Accounting Coordinator to support the financial operations of our organization. This position is responsible for the day-to-day accounting and financial administration functions, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the Chief of Operations, Executive Director, Treasurer, and Finance Committee, the Accounting Coordinator will maintain accounting records, manage accounts payable and receivable, reconcile accounts, track grants and restricted funds, and assist with audit preparation. The organization utilizes QuickBooks for accounting and ADP for payroll administration.
This role supports payroll recordkeeping and reconciliation activities but does not approve or process payroll.
