Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to compose correspondence for internal and external customers.
• Minimum 1 year experience with a technical product line preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed with a take-charge attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive customers' requests by phone or email and route to the proper person.
• Analyze transactions, correct records, and fix errors.
• Search company records by ZIP code, name, or account number using CRT or requisition information.
• Trace status of orders.
• Resolve customer questions related to orders and take orders as needed.
• Maintain liaison with other departments for order completion.
• Prepare and forward preliminary paperwork to returns and replacements on problem orders.
• Assist in returns and replacements as needed.
• Mentor and help train Service Parts Team members.
