Job summary

Everidge is seeking a Parts Representative to support customers with timely, accurate information on parts and service needs. You will process orders, answer questions, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure dependable service throughout the order process.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong customer service skills, and at least 1 year of experience with technical products. You will work on-site and help train the Service Parts Team as needed.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience with a technical product line requiring assembly or field installation.
• Strong customer service background with interpersonal and persuasive skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to compose correspondence and handle data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Receives customer requests by phone or email and routes to the proper person.
• Analyzes transactions, corrects records, and adjusts errors.
• Traces order status and resolves questions related to orders.
• Prepares paperwork for returns and replacements as needed.
• Mentors and trains Service Parts Team members as directed.
• Coordinates with vendors on parts supersession and obsolete parts.
