Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Parts Coordinator in Milan, IL to join a premier manufacturing client on a 1-year contract. You will act as the link between channel partners and internal teams, manage orders, and support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include designing schedules, using MS Office and data systems, and performing data entry and reconciliation while adhering to safety standards and onsite requirements.

Qualifications

• Have post-secondary non-tertiary education.
• Have basic experience coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months preferred).
• Have previous experience in warehouse, inventory management, or reconciliation.
• Are proficient with MS Office.
• Can work onsite from day one and comply with required safety standards, including wearing safety shoes with internal metatarsal protection.

Responsibilities

• Link channel partners with internal teams to resolve orders, config, availability, and shipments.
• Produce, update, and support Microsoft documents, databases, and other systems.
• Design monthly work schedule and assign tasks to others to expedite workflow.
• Use data management systems to access and manage information.
• Carry out supply chain management activities per established procedures.
• Support internal clients by performing standard activities.
• Operate equipment and machines, adjusting variables to optimize quality and productivity.
• Drive a Cushman vehicle within the warehouse after training.
• Perform data entry and warehouse reconciliation.
