Job summary

SPX Technologies in Illinois is seeking a Parts Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service, manage orders, RMAs, and warranty processing in SAP, and coordinate shipments. You will monitor parts inbox, verify data, and support the engineering and scheduling teams to ensure accurate lead times and timely deliveries.

The role requires a high school diploma, familiarity with SAP/ERP, and strong data-entry accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Familiarity with SAP or an ERP system is preferred.
• Detail oriented with accurate data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support to internal and external partners to enhance customer experience and drive sales.
• Enter purchase orders, RMAs, and warranty orders in SAP.
• Process shipping transactions and verify customer information in SAP.
• Communicate order acknowledgements, tracking and shipment information to customers.
• Provide technical information as required.
• Schedule shipments with FedEx/UPS and pack parts.
