Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Parts Distribution Coordinator in Milan, IL for a 1-year contract. The role pays $21.00 per hour and starts on the first shift with flexible start times (6:00–8:00am).

You will measure parts, enter data, and support busy warehouse operations on site. Responsibilities include receiving part lists, mapping warehouse locations, occasional offsite travel within 21 miles, and operating a Cushman vehicle.

Qualifications

• Basic Excel and computer knowledge required.
• Ability to interpret data sets and make decisions.
• Experience working in a busy warehouse environment.
• Willingness to lift parts up to 50 lbs and operate Cushman vehicle with training.
• Onsite work 100% with PPE from day one; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Measure parts in the warehouse and enter data into a packaging specification application.
• Receive part lists and warehouse locations from Analysts and follow measurement instructions.
• Support shop floor operations in a high-traffic warehouse environment.
• Occasionally travel to nearby offsite warehouses within 21 miles.
• Operate a Cushman vehicle as needed.
