Job summary

Kelly is seeking a Parts Distribution Coordinator in Milan, IL for a 1-year contract. The role pays $21.00 per hour and starts on the first shift with flexible start times (6:00–8:00am).

You will measure parts, enter data, and support busy warehouse operations on site. Responsibilities include receiving part lists, mapping warehouse locations, occasional offsite travel within 21 miles, and operating a Cushman vehicle.

Qualifications

• Basic Excel and computer knowledge required.
• Ability to interpret data sets and make decisions.
• Experience working in a busy warehouse environment.
• Willingness to lift parts up to 50 lbs and operate Cushman vehicle with training.
• Onsite work 100% with PPE from day one; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour ( 1-year Contract)

Shift: First shift: Some flexibility on start time. Expected start time: 6:00-8:00am. Exact shift hours can be worked out between the manager and the selected candidate.

What’s a typical day as Parts Distribution Coordinator? You’ll be:

• Measuring parts in the warehouse and entering data into a packaging specification application
• Receiving part lists and warehouse locations from Analysts and following specific instructions on measurements
• Supporting shop floor operations—on your feet up to 75% of the day in a high-traffic warehouse environment
• Occasionally traveling to nearby offsite warehouses (within 21 miles)
• Operating a Cushman vehicle (small, battery-operated vehicle)

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

• Have basic Excel and computer knowledge
• Possess decision-making skills and the ability to interpret data sets
• Are comfortable working in a busy warehouse setting and can lift parts up to 50 lbs
• Can drive a Cushman (training provided if needed)
• Are able to work 100% onsite and wear necessary PPE, including safety shoes and metatarsals from day one
• Hold an associate or bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or supply chain (preferred, not required)
• Are a recent graduate looking for hands‑on experience (preferred)
