Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers in a fast-paced store environment. You will assist customers in selecting parts, process transactions accurately, and support store management with daily tasks.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include greeting customers, looking up parts, quoting prices, handling exchanges, and maintaining the cash drawer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Handle cash, credit transactions, returns and exchanges per policy.
• Answer store calls, look up parts and quote prices, and promote related items.
• Perform in-store services and daily operational tasks (stock, planograms, freight reception).
