Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high‑level service to retail and installer customers. The role includes greeting customers, helping select merchandise, and supporting store management with tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided.

You will handle phone inquiries, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items while maintaining cash drawer accuracy and processing payments. Occasional driving may be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist professionals by servicing installer customers as needed.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
• Process cash/credit transactions and returns per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Support stock management and planogram updates.
• Operate store equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries, diagnostics).
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
