O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers in-store and by phone. You will assist managers and installers, handle cash and credit transactions, and support daily stock and compliance tasks.

• Required: ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Required: outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Required: multitask while assisting customers in-store and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Follow and promote all company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, Rock the Call, Related Selling, Rock the Lot, etc.).
• Greet customers promptly and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installers with professional customers when needed.
• Complete required company training relevant to the position.
• Answer store calls, lookup parts and quote prices, and promote related items.
• Handle cash transactions, accurate change, and card processing.
• Process exchanges/returns for credit per policy.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Assist with image maker, planogram updates, stocking, and cleaning tasks.
• Perform daily operational tasks and stock/inventory duties.
• Operate brake lathe and test equipment after training.
• Provide in-store services (wipers, batteries, codes, etc.) as allowed by law.
