Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers in-store. You will greet customers, help select merchandise, and support store management in daily tasks.

The role includes handling cash, processing transactions, returns, and answering calls. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, and familiarity with automotive parts is a plus.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service ASE certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Assist installation/service staff and professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per company policies.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
