Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver high-level service to retail and installer customers and support store management with tasks. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply and will assist professional customers as needed.

The role includes greeting customers, looking up parts, quoting prices, processing transactions, and performing daily operations to keep shelves stocked and organized.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Familiar with automotive parts, cataloging, weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service.
• ASE certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support store management and assist professional customers as needed.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, and quote prices.
• Perform daily operational tasks and occasional in-store services.
