Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to deliver a high level of service to retail and installer customers and to support store management in daily tasks.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (Spanish), able to greet customers, look up parts, quote prices, and promote company programs. The role includes cash handling, returns processing, and occasional deliveries, with training provided for in-store services.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
• Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting merchandise.
• Assist professional customers as needed.
• Process transactions and maintain cash drawer accurately.
• Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as stocking shelves and image maker updates.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
