Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Promote and follow company customer service programs.
• Assist management and installer service specialists as needed.
• Answer store phone calls and provide quotes and recommendations.
• Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy.
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.
• Assist with stock, planogram updates and cleanliness.
• Perform in-store services and occasional vehicle-related tasks.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when needed.
