Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Attleboro, MA is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high-level service to retail and installer customers. You will support store management, greet customers, and assist with part lookups and pricing while promoting the Low Price Guarantee.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. You will also handle cash transactions, returns, stock updates, and basic in-store services as part of daily duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with selection of merchandise.
• Support professional customers and installers as needed.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts and quote prices.
• Maintain cash drawer and process transactions.
• Process exchanges/returns and resolve complaints.
• Assist with stock, image maker, planogram updates, and daily operations.
• Operate test equipment after training and meet requirements.
• Perform in-store services and occasional deliveries when needed.
