Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in selecting merchandise.
• Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed.
• Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and offer related items and the Low-Price Guarantee.
• Process exchanges and returns for credit in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain cash drawer, handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Perform daily operational tasks including stocking, image maker, and planogram updates.
• Provide in-store services (e.g., install wipers, test batteries, diagnose codes) where permitted by law.
• Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle when business needs require.
