Job summary

All Roads in Annapolis Junction, MD is seeking a Drill and Parts Sales Specialist to cover Maryland and Delaware. The role focuses on selling Vermeer products, building a customer network, and delivering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities include lead generation, product demonstrations, and accurate customer documentation. The position offers base pay plus commission with full-time hours Monday–Friday, within a sales-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of sales experience in a related field.
• Prior equipment experience (parts, drills or heavy equipment).
• Valid driver’s license and insurable by our carrier.
• Positive attitude, sales driven mindset.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Educate customers using parts and equipment knowledge to provide solutions.
• Identify and qualify leads in person, by phone, and by email.
• Resolve customer complaints and inquiries.
• Promote parts/product lines, extended warranties, and service contracts.
• Collaborate with management to develop plans to increase sales.
• All other duties as assigned.

If you have experience with directional drills, parts, and construction equipment, we want to talk to you! Vermeer All Roads in Annapolis Junction, MD is searching for a Construction Equipment Parts & Sales Rep (CSR) to cover Maryland and Delaware. Bring your go-getter attitude to sell Vermeer products and solutions, assist customer needs, deliver correct solutions, and resolve any issues. This sales role requires lead generation & follow-up, customer network development, coordination of product demonstrations, and accurate customer documentation.

Schedule & Compensation

• Base salary plus commission to $85k+ (based on experience)
• Monday - Friday full time hours
