Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean record.
• Attention to detail is essential for six required fields on every service order.
• Experience with parts, warranty, or admin work preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the parts side of every service call; order parts, track shipments, and record six fields per order.
• File warranty claims and inform techs/customers about part arrival times.
• Communicate clearly by phone and email to obtain and convey part status.
