Talentify is seeking a detail‑oriented Parts and Service Support professional to document service work on company equipment, manage parts orders, and coordinate with vendors. You will help maintain accurate work orders, track inventories, and support mechanics and technicians in a fast-paced branch environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' experience in parts and service in a related industry (equipment rental, auto parts, etc.).
• 1+ years' experience using a CMMS system.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read and create basic instructions, memos, and short correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Order, track, and receive parts for crane repairs and maintenance.
• Label and stage parts and materials for repairs and maintenance upon receipt at the branch.
• Order shop supplies and PPE for mechanics and technicians.
• Communicate with vendors regarding shipments and orders by phone and email.
• Open and maintain work-orders and purchase-orders in RentalMan and OnBase.
• Assist the Service Manager with scheduling, paperwork, and machine documentation, and maintain vendor/crane files.
• Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and assist with annual warehouse audits.
• Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness.
• Collect timesheets and billing tickets and verify accuracy before submission to payroll and billing departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
