Job summary

Michigan Kenworth in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an Entry Level Parts Sales Representative – Counter to join our dealership team. The role focuses on selling heavy and light truck parts, assisting customers, and delivering excellent service.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or AA preferred, prior sales or customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. You should be comfortable working 8–12 hour days in a dealership environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; AA degree preferred.
• Prior sales experience.
• Computer, mathematical and customer service skills.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, stoop and lift/move up to 75 lbs. regularly.
• Ability to work in a dealership environment including 8-12 hour days with exposure to weather elements.
• Ability to demonstrate extensive product knowledge to assist purchases.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and results-driven.
