Qualifications

• Prior experience in a parts department, product support, or related customer service role preferred.
• Strong phone communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to read and interpret parts manuals, diagrams, or technical documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and order processing accuracy.
• Experience with inventory or parts management software is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined or familiarity with aerial work platforms/lifting equipment is a bonus.
• Team player who thrives in a structured, customer-first environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls/emails to process parts orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide knowledgeable product support and technical assistance to customers.
• Look up parts using catalogs, diagrams, and inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory transactions.
• Assist walk-in customers as needed.
• Follow up on back-ordered or special-order parts to keep customers informed.
