Responsibilities include processing parts orders, providing technical assistance, using catalogs and diagrams, and coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure on-time delivery.

Formación

• Prior experience in a parts department, product support, or related customer service role preferred.
• Strong phone communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to read and interpret parts manuals, diagrams, or technical documentation.
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and order processing accuracy.
• Experience with inventory or parts management software is a plus.
• Mechanically inclined or familiarity with aerial work platforms/lifting equipment is a bonus.
• Team player who thrives in a structured, customer-first environment.
