Job summary

Responsibilities include processing orders, looking up parts with catalogs and inventory systems, coordinating with warehouse staff, and keeping accurate records. A background in a parts or product-support role is preferred; familiarity with aerial work platforms

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a parts department, product support, or related customer service role preferred
• Strong phone communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Ability to read and interpret parts manuals, diagrams, or technical documentation
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and order processing accuracy
• Experience with inventory or parts management software is a plus
• Mechanically inclined or familiarity with aerial work platforms/lifting equipment is a bonus
• Team player who thrives in a structured, customer-first environment

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls/emails to process parts orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide knowledgeable product support and technical assistance to customers
• Look up parts using catalogs, diagrams, and inventory management systems
• Coordinate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and inventory transactions
• Assist walk-in customers as needed
• Follow up on back-ordered or special-order parts to keep customers informed
