Job summary

Talentify in Greenville, SC is seeking a Driver responsible for picking, staging and delivering parts to pro customers, picking up returns, and promoting sales programs. You will interact with walk-in customers and maintain accurate inventory.

The role requires safe driving, strong communication, ability to upsell, and familiarity with inventory systems. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with clean record are required, with daily responsibilities including returns and cycle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Automotive parts experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage and safely deliver parts to pro customers.
• Handle returns and cores.
• Drop off weekly/monthly sales flyers while promoting current sales and loyalty programs.
• Daily collection of credit accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with MainStreet and National Pro customers; share CPP insights learned while making deliveries.
• Assist in upselling and cross-selling products to increase average transaction value
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting and parking lot.
• General stocking including truck stocking, back stock and cycle counts.
• Maintain knowledge of product inventory and new arrivals to assist with sales.
• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate parts or services.
• Other duties as assigned
