Qualificações

• Strong customer service background
• Ability to communicate effectively
• High School diploma or GED preferred; college coursework desired
• Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred
• Two to three years of prior customer service relations preferred

Responsabilidades

• In-Person Sales: provide immediate, high-quality service to walk-in customers
• Parts Identification: use inventory software to find exact vehicle part matches
• Sales: process cash and credit transactions at the front counter
• Yard Coordination: communicate with parts pullers to retrieve parts for customers
• Merchandising & Displays: maintain displays to drive impulse sales
• Core & Returns Management: inspect returned parts and process credits or warranty claims
• Assumes other duties as assigned
