Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Parts Procurement Analyst to provide analytical and operational support to the Parts Manager. The role focuses on inventory analysis, pricing, procurement, reporting, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include dashboards, budgeting support, replenishment planning, ERP accuracy (SAP/WMS), and collaboration with Customer Service, Purchasing, Sales, and HQ to drive efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• Strong MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH).
• Experience with SAP/WMS/SCM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary analytical and operational support for the Parts Manager.
• Analyze inventory performance, sales trends, fill rates, backorders, and KPIs.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards using Excel and other tools.
• Create stock replenishment and manage vendor pricing and POs.
