Qualifications

• 3+ years in Material Planning, Supply Chain Planning, or related experience.
• 2+ years of Supplier Management or Account Management experience.
• Experience in MRP-driven planning environments; strong SAP experience; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and deploy supply requirements to the supplier base through MRP to achieve production, inventory, and cost objectives.
• Manage daily material planning and supply planning activities for assigned suppliers and commodities.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for delivery performance and issue resolution.
• Monitor material coverage, inventory levels, shortages, and run-out risks.
• Drive supplier OTIF performance improvements.
• Support production planning and manufacturing execution activities.
• Perform reporting, forecasting, scenario planning, and data analysis to support business decisions.
• Lead meetings involving shortages, constraints, planning activities, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Purchasing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Logistics, Supplier Quality, and NPI teams.
• Support new product launches and production readiness initiatives.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects focused on inventory optimization, lead-time reduction, and supply chain performance improvements.
• Track and report key planning and supplier performance metrics.
