Job summary

AllSearch Staffing Group in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Parts and Inventory Specialist to manage parts operations, order processing, purchasing, and inventory control across Service, Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting teams.

You will monitor stock levels, support cycle counts, review demand and lead times, create purchase orders, verify supplier pricing, and help ensure accurate ERP records and smooth warehouse workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in parts operations, inventory control, purchasing, or warehouse experience.
• Experience with cycle counting, reorder points, and inventory turnover.
• Experience with inventory management, parts ordering, order fulfillment, purchasing, or purchase orders.
• Excel and ERP system experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor parts orders from entry to fulfillment, providing pricing, availability, and shipment status.
• Maintain accurate inventory and ERP records; support cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Review demand, lead times, stock levels, reorder points, and turnover to support replenishment.
• Create and track purchase orders, confirm supplier pricing and delivery dates, and expedite backorders.
• Coordinate receiving, verify incoming parts, and process returns and warranty claims.
• Maintain ERP data accuracy and coordinate parts and inventory activity across departments.
• Support inventory reconciliation and investigate adjustments including receipts, issues, and transfers.
• Support warehouse operations, parts coordination, shipping, and order fulfillment as needed.
• Maintain shipping system information and support warehouse inventory organization.
• Identify and recommend improvements to parts ordering, inventory control, and warehouse processes.
