Qualifications

• Experience coordinating parts orders with vendors and tracking open orders.
• Ability to inspect shipments and verify parts against invoices.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate inventory and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with processing returns and securing credits with vendors.
• Strong liaison skills between suppliers, customers, and technicians.

Responsibilities

• Ordering & Procurement: Purchase required parts from vendors, create purchase orders, and track open orders to prevent shortages.
• Receiving & Inspection: Check in incoming shipments, inspect parts for damage or defects, and match them against invoices and repair orders.
• Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and update computerized inventory databases.
• Returns & Credits: Process damaged or incorrect parts, coordinate vendor returns, and secure prompt credits.
