You will read catalogs, determine replacement parts, process orders by phone, fill stock, handle payments, take inventory, and advise on substitutions while maintaining accuracy and service quality.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 1–2 years of related experience, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of related experience preferred in inventory or parts.
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read catalogs or displays to identify replacement part stock numbers and prices.
• Determine required parts from inspections or customer descriptions.
• Receive and fill telephone orders for parts.
• Fill customer orders from stock and prepare counter tickets.
• Receive payment or obtain credit authorization.
• Take inventory of stock and organize parts.
• Advise customers on substitutions when identical replacements are unavailable.
• Inspect returned parts for defects and exchange or refund as needed.
• Coordinate internal transfers and display of new merchandise.
