Job summary

Dobbs Equipment, LLC seeks a parts counter professional to assist customers by accurately identifying needed items using catalogs and our computer system, bill merchandise orders, and enter data into the inventory control system. You will work with the parts team to keep stock accurate and ensure timely parts for technicians.

Preferred candidates have strong organization and communication skills, basic computer literacy, and forklift certification; a one-year certificate or 3–6 years related

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school; or three to six years related experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Broad computer skills and experience with inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify needed items using catalogs and computer system.
• Bill merchandise orders and enter data into inventory control.
• Distribute and receive parts, and maintain shelf stock.
• Ensure technicians receive correct parts in a timely manner.
• Attend training and store meetings.
