Van-Wall-Equipment, Inc. is seeking a Parts Counter Associate to identify and supply complete parts solutions for customers and service technicians. You will promote products, assist in displays, and help maintain accurate inventory while delivering friendly, efficient service in a busy dealership environment.

The role emphasizes teamwork, basic data entry skills, and the ability to work flexible hours as needed. A HS diploma or GED is required, and forklift experience may be preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic data entry and keyboard skills required.
• Basic parts and machinery knowledge required.
• Familiarity with John Deere Parts Catalog preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsabilités

• Identify and provide complete parts solutions for customers.
• Promote and sell products and/or services to meet customer needs.
• Supply Service Technicians with parts as required.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
• Verify receipting-in of shipments and place orders to maintain inventory locations.
• Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
• Follow up on shortages with Parts Manager.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
