Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a Parts Manager to lead the parts department, driving customer service excellence and sales growth across service and aftermarket parts. You will oversee inventory, vendor coordination and order fulfillment while mentoring the parts team.

The role emphasizes proactive account development, relationship building with customers and a focus on operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment. A strong background in parts handling and SAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in parts environment with customer service focus.
• Ability to identify/source replacement parts (OEM or equivalents).
• SAP experience is a plus.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license and forklift capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train parts staff; set objectives and monitor results.
• Oversee inventory control and main warehouse operations.
• Develop aftermarket parts sales strategies and opportunities.
• Drive parts sales and cultivate relationships with customers, including dormant accounts.
• Ensure accurate processing of parts orders and invoicing.
