Qualificações

• Supervisory or managerial experience leading teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, enforces and monitors Parts Department processes to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promotes and merchandises parts across store locations.
• Sets annual Parts Department goals and budget aligned with financial objectives.
• Executes Parts Department marketing plans and tracks progress monthly.
• Maintains inventory control system with perpetual/physical counts.
• Furnishes timely warranty and return processing for maximum credits.
• Maximizes use of discount programs to meet stocking goals.
• Ensures department tools and vehicles are in good working order.
• Leads recruiting, staffing and employee development for the team.
