Job summary

Marlen, headquartered in Riverside, MO, seeks a Parts Manager to lead its aftermarket parts business within the Lifecycle Services team. You’ll drive commercial and operational performance, forecast demand, manage pricing, and push for margin improvement while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Candidate should supervise staff, apply ERP/CRM tools, and collaborate across materials, shipping, engineering, marketing and sales to execute strategic initiatives and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technical or business field preferred.
• 3+ years in a comparable management position preferred for advancement.
