Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC is North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group. The Parts Manager will oversee the Branch's Parts Department, directing activities to meet growth and profit objectives while maintaining high service standards.

This role requires leadership, knowledge of parts operations, and the ability to train staff, with a focus on safety, customer relations, and collaboration with branch management.

Qualifications

• Prefer three years previous parts department experience, consisting of both inside and outside parts selling.
• Requires thorough knowledge of all phases of the parts department.
• Must display excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Must have positive can-do attitude.
• Must have strong work ethics and commitment to extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Parts Department.
• Establish and drive sales/profit objectives and budgets.
• Train and grow parts department staff.
• Maintain safety and policy adherence within the department.
• Coordinate with other branches and management teams.
• Promote positive customer relations and service quality.
• Conduct regular sales meetings.
