Qualifications

• Prefer three years previous parts department experience, including inside and outside parts selling.
• Thorough knowledge of all phases of the parts department.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Positive can-do attitude.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work extra hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Branch Parts Department.
• Plan, direct, and control department activities to meet growth and profit objectives.
• Establish annual and monthly sales/profit objectives and budgets.
• Train and develop parts department personnel.
• Maintain safety and positive customer relations.
• Communicate with other departments and inform Branch Manager.
