Movement Search & Delivery is seeking a Parts Department Manager to oversee daily operations, collaborate with other managers, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will support the parts sales team, process orders from web, email, and phone, and drive on-time delivery with accurate pricing.

The role emphasizes leadership, multitasking, and strong communication to maintain an efficient pipeline and vendor relations in a busy environment.

• Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests for parts, service quotes, and order delivery while promoting efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and enhance parts sales pipeline to promote robust business operations.
• Communicate with both vendors and customers regarding parts availability issues, updates, and the need to expedite deliveries.
• Obtain updated pricing and lead times from suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.

• Strong attention-to-detail and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word.
