Lithia & Driveway in Santa Monica, CA is seeking a results-driven Parts Manager to lead the parts department and drive inventory and revenue. You will recruit, train and develop the staff, resolve customer requests, manage warranty parts, and ensure orders are processed promptly in a fast-paced automotive retail environment.

Reporting to the Fixed Operations Manager and General Manager, you will handle MIS reports, backorders, daily ordering, and coordination with Lithia Home Offices.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of franchised automotive parts experience.
• Knowledge of automotive parts.
• CDK experience is a plus.
• Audi experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication.
