Lithia & Driveway is seeking an Experienced Service Manager for our Mission Valley, California location. You will report to the General Manager and lead a service team onsite, driving performance and delivering top customer service.

The role requires 2–3 years of service-management experience in automotive dealerships, excellent communication, and a strong customer-service mindset. Onsite position with competitive total rewards and incentives.
